Wanda Faye Williams Ellis

Wanda Faye Williams Ellis, 59, of Reidsville, went to be with the Lord Sunday February 25, 2024 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Wednesday February 28, 2024 in Citty Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Duane King officiating.  Burial will be in Greenview Cemetery.

A native of Stokes County, she was the daughter of Ann Hicks Williams and the late John Clay Williams, Sr. and had lived most of her life in Rockingham County. She was a homemaker and attended Piedmont Baptist Church. Wanda enjoyed flowers, working in her yard, fishing and being with her family.  She was preceded in death by her father: John Clay Williams, Sr. and a sister: Marsha Williams.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years: Randy D. Ellis of the home, her daughters: Michelle Walker (Ben) of Reidsville, Charlene Goolsby of Greensboro, and Crystal Taylor (Ricky, Sr.) of Reidsville, mother: Ann Hicks Williams of Walnut Cove, sister: Becky Felts of Walnut Cove, and brother: John Clay Williams, II of Walnut Cove, special sister-in-law: Linda Kay Webster of Reidsville, grandchildren: Seth Walker, Caleb Goolsby (fiancé Savannah), Ricky Taylor, Jr., and Andrew Taylor.

The family will see friends 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. Tuesday February 27, 2024 at Citty Funeral Home.
