Wanda and my mother Ruth worked together for many years at N.C. Monroe Construction Company in Greensboro. I remember a beautiful smile and outgoing disposition. I don't know how she did it, but she talked Mama into taking swimming lessons with her. She was devoted to her family, and I find comfort knowing she and Shelton are reunited. To Bradley andJenny, I wish you peace and strength as you move through the days ahead.

I met Wanda through my late sister, Norma. She became a friend as though we had known each other forever. She was such a lovely, caring lady. I was also introduced to sweet Lainey! Wanda was a great support during Norma's illness and death. I will cherish my memories of her. Love and prayers to all the family.
