My prayers and sympathies go out to this dear mans family and friends. Although I never met him, Jessica always talked so fondly and lovingly when she spoke about Papa. I’m one of her clients and consider her a dear friend as well. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers as they have been for the past couple of months and will continue the next few days, weeks and months to come. Be rest assured he is in no more pain and is having a joyful reunion in heaven!

Dear Philip and Kathy, Our deepest sympathies to you and your family during this sad time. It was so good to see your Dad on my recent visits to the Penn Center. It brought back so many happy memories of your dear Mom and Dad and all the other wonderful folks at Salem Church. Mr. Odell was a true Christian GENTLEman and he and your mother were devoted to their family and faith always. I can just see Odell happily now on his riding mower in the church yard and cemetery. It was an honor and a blessing to have worked with Odell on church projects back in the days of the old Reidsville Circuit. I saw Christ through Odell each and every time I saw him and he leaves a wonderful legacy for each and every one of you. Grace and Peace to you all.
