Sheryl Slaydon Swift, 60, of Caswell County went to be with the Lord on Monday February 20, 2017 at her home.
Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Thursday February 23, 2017 at Camp Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery.
She was raised in Wentworth, NC and was the daughter of Loula Haislip Slaydon and the late James Lester Slaydon and had lived in Caswell County for the past year. She was a former employee of Beta Systems, a division of Velcon Filters, Inc. and was a member of Sunnycrest Church in Reidsville. She was a devoted mother and cherished her family as well as her church family, and had organized a coat donation program for children. Sheryl was a former Miss Teenage Reidsville and loved animals. She was preceded in death by her father: James Lester Slaydon, her brother: Eddie Slaydon, a step-son: Matt Swift and her father-in-law Robert Swift.
Survivors include: her husband : Keith Swift of the home, son: Adam Swift of the home, mother: Loula Haislip Slaydon of Reidsville, a brother: Randy Slaydon of Reidsville, and her mother-in-law: Ruby Butler Swift of Elon.
There will be no formal visitation.

Citty Funeral Home is assisting the Swift family.
